The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is offered by leading Medicare health plans and Medicare Supplement carriers throughout the country (including Puerto Rico).
See if your health plan or Medicare Supplement carrier offers SilverSneakers or find a participating health plan in your state. If your plan does not offer SilverSneakers, call the plan's customer service department and ask when it will add this valuable benefit!
